  • 20 lite seats
  • 10 Fin AI Agent resolutions per month
  • Proactive Support Plus

All this is available at a 90% discount in the first year, with incremental discounts in subsequent years, giving startups the flexibility to scale while using world-class tools.

Eligibility Criteria

The program is open to startups that:

  • Are less than 2 years old
  • Have raised up to $1 million in funding
  • Employ fewer than 5 people
  • Are new to Intercom
